JPC with level II soft plates for sale in Lubbock Texas

My brother bought it and it didn't fit him so he gave it to me and I have no use for it. Comes with a mag carrier on the front with 3 spaces for rifle mags and 2 spaces for pistol mags. The backside is all molle so you can add whatever you like. Also has level II soft plates inside but there's space to add in hard plates if you'd like. Priced to sell, just want it gone so it's not taking up space.
