Used, but round count unknown. I have only shot about 200 rounds through it, but I bought it used.
No box. Comes with one 9-round magazine and four 10-round Wilson Combat Elite steel magazines.
I replaced the original titanium firing pin with an Ed Brown steel firing pin to fix a light strike issue. I also installed a 10-8 Performance trigger and Stan Chen magwell.
